SAILOR® 77 Fleet+

The SAILOR® 77 Fleet+ transceiver provides global communications services to maritime vessels with needs for onboard networking for voice, fax, and data communications from 64 kbps to 128 kbps (128bps in spot beam only).

Built on more than 25 years of experience with maritime communications systems, the SAILOR® 77 Fleet+ is proven to deliver top performance even in the roughest conditions at sea with global coverage, 78° north to 78° south.

The SAILOR® 77 Fleet+ is the most powerful hub for maritime communication.  It allows a vessel’s communications systems to connect with networks on land thus giving reliable, global voice, fax and data services; from calling the home or office to linking monitoring systems in order to see status of on-board systems or cargo.

With the SAILOR® 77 Fleet+, connection flexibility is in your hands.  Choose from two protocols; MPDS (Mobile Packet Data Service) or ISDN.  MPDS is an economical option for small traffic needs such as small files or Internet browsing since you are only charged for the amount of data you send or receive.  Alternatively if your needs call for a constant data stream for transferring large files, videoconferencing, or high-quality voice or fax, ISDN is for you.  This high capacity channel charges per minute, no matter the data size.  In addition, data transfer speeds are up to 128 kbps via ISDN.
